Lindsay Lohan Crashes Her Car AGAIN While On Probation!!!

LINDSAY LOHAN WHILE ON PROBATION CRASHES HER CAR ALMOST DECAPITATING HERSELF. ON TOP OF IT SHE LIES TO THE COPS!!!

Just months after breaking free from her 2007 DUI violation and probation, Lindsay Lohan has another legal mess on her hands. Lohan told police that she wasn't driving her Porsche when it rear ended an 18 wheeler/dump truck in Santa Monica, California on Friday, June 8, 2012. She reportedly told the police that she in fact was not driving the car, it was her assistant that was driving the car.

Santa Monica police Sargeant Richard Lewis told ABC News that Lohan was behind the wheel. The driver of the truck also said Lohan was driving. Friday's initial police report did not at all explain or go into any detail as to who was driving or in control of the Porsche but said the accident was under investigation.

Will she ever learn? There is so much more to the story.

The most important thing is that Lohan's freedom is at stake. In March, a Judge ended the actress' supervised probation on shoplifting and drunk driving convictions. But, Lohan remains on informal probation until May 2014, meaning she could face up to 245 days in jail for this latest debacle.

While in the hospital after the accident, Lohan reported to the Police that she was just a passenger in the car, but her assistant revealed that the actress was actually driving. Lohan also claims that the truck cut her off and the brakes failed in her rented Porsche. While, the truck driver denies cutting her off. The driver also claims that the assistant took the driver across the street while he was on the phone with 911 trying to bribe him because Lindsay didn't want to be in the media!!! Only time will tell.
