One of Walt Disney's most famous shows, "Hannah Montana" seems to have a star that got into a little bit of trouble. The former "Hannah Montana" star, Mitchel Musso supposedly has struck a a deal recently in his DUI case.
The Disney Star, Mitchel Musso cops a plea in the DUI case. When the story broke out, the twenty year old, Mitchel Musso, was busted for a DUI back in October, 2011. He was pulled over for a Driving Under the Influence charge after an early morning traffic stop in Burbank, CA.
According to sources, we have learned that the Disney star Musso has pled no contest to one count of having a blood acohol level of over .08. Furthermore, also in exchange the unexpected! Not really for the star. Musso was sentenced to thirty-six monthsof informal probation. He was also demanded by the California courts to pay a fine of an unknown amount and complete an alcohol education class.
In accordance, Mitchel Musso released a statement saying, "I sincerely appreciate the court allowing me to resolve my case in the manner it did today. In becoming an adult, I have learned first hand that stepping up and taking responsibility is the best way to move forward." Along with that statement, he made sure that he Thanked his family and fans for their unwavering support and encouragement.
The Disney star seems to have learned his lesson. He is ecstatic to put the whole instance behind him, his friends and family, and most of all, his supporting fans and public.
It just goes to show that running into trouble with the law can happen to anyone, and even a "Disney" star can be just like any other citizen.
