MR. JENKS, PLAYER FOR THE BOSTON RED SOX ARRESTED FOR DUI

BOBBY JENKS ARRESTED!!! THE BASEBALL PRO PITCHER THAT USED TO PLAY FOR THE CHICAGO WHITE SOX AND NOW PLAYS FOR THE BOSTON RED SOX...

Famous baseball pro pitcher who obviously had a little too much fun on this past Thursday evening, March 24, 2012.

He has appologized for breaking the law, and admits that he is 'embarrassed by the situation and apologizes to his teammates and to the Red Sox organizations for any distraction that the arrest has made." He admits that he is going to keep his spirits up and let the legal process run its course.

He is definitely in some trouble as anyone would be even if they weren't a professional ball player. The arrest took place on early Friday morning, March 25th. Jenks was arrested and charged with 5 misdemeanors, includingleaving the scene of a crash and driving under the influence, i.e. DUI/DWI. All of this took place in Lee County, Florida.

Bobby Jenks, who also we have to recognize as a former White Sox, was leaving a strip club called "Babes." He was completely honest with the Sheriff's Department claiming that after he exited the Strip Club, he had hit a car and just had to escape the situation. So, hishit and run after boozing it up all night clearly didn't work in his favor. Babes can also be known as an adult-entertainment which obviously had attracted the Pro-Baller!

A bouncer at strip club told the police that there was a White Mercedes SUV with a driver that fit Jenks' description, and that SUV had pulled into the club's parking lot which proceeded to hit a parked truck.

After Jenks' was arrested, he was released on $4,250 bail, and his court appearance is scheduled to tentatively take place on April 9, 2012.
